Christmas minis | a few favs

I always offer in-studio Christmas Minis in November, even if it’s nice outside. Indoor minis means we don’t have to worry about any weather changes or dressing for outside (Oh Saskatchewan - so unpredictable). This family was the first ones to book when these spots opened up and I’m so glad I get to work with them each year! Their kiddos are too stinkin cute - best way to start a day of minis!

This year my studio set up was very simple. The studio already has great lighting, and white modern furniture. All I did was add some greenery! We have SO much Christmas decor at home (I’m serious - we have 8 trees - but in all fairness we only decorate 6 of them). It’s so easy to look at Christmas decor at HomeSense and think “Perfect for Christmas Minis!” but also “Muahaha more decor for my home!”

This year I brought our big green wreath and three smaller green trees with burlap on the bottom. I just love the simplicity and the green. The focus is all on my gorgeous families!
